Drawn during a very long lockdown I was feeling a great sense of empathy with exhausted parents who were literally tangled up with their kids toys. The Etch-a-Sketch is showing the then current Covid graph, alongside some of my son's favourite toys including mischievous Max from Maurice Sendak's legendary Where the Wild Things Are.
